About Camturk
A university-style community supporting Cameroonian students across Turkey.
Camturk — Association des Étudiants Camerounais en Turquie — works for cohesion, integration, well-being and better academic and living conditions for Cameroonian students, supporting their success and a better understanding of Cameroon (Art. 7 of the statutes).
For its members, Camturk:
- builds solidarity among students;
- supports orientation and integration of newcomers;
- provides an exchange platform for enrolled students;
- offers mediation within the community when needed;
- assists members in need, within available means (Art. 8).
Externally, Camturk acts as an official relay toward Cameroonian and Turkish administrations (including YTB), African communities in Turkey, and organises cultural, sports and charitable activities (Art. 9).
