Camturk is a student association, not a commercial vendor. This page explains how to request assistance regarding your account, membership status, events and official communications — and how we handle your requests fairly and promptly.
1. Overview
The Secretariat General and chapter coordinators are your first point of contact for practical questions about Camturk services. We aim to respond with clarity, respect for the statutes, and orientation toward the right antenne or portfolio when needed.
2. Membership & account support
For questions about:
- Creating or validating your member account
- Updating your student profile (university, city, chapter)
- Directory visibility settings (opt-in / opt-out)
- Password reset or login difficulties
Write to contact@camturk.org with your full name, university, city and a description of the issue. Include screenshots only if necessary and avoid sending identity documents by unsecured channels unless requested.
3. Account access & corrections
If your account was suspended or you believe information on your profile is incorrect, contact the Secretariat with supporting context. Decisions regarding membership status follow Articles 11 and 13 of the statutes and may require review by the competent administrative body.
You may request correction of inaccurate personal data at any time under our Privacy Policy.
4. Events & opportunities
For event registration issues, job post enquiries or Camturk Business opportunities, use the contact details on the relevant announcement or write to contact@camturk.org with the event or opportunity title in the subject line.
Camturk facilitates community activities; third-party organisers (universities, employers) remain responsible for their own programmes and decisions.
5. Response times
We strive to acknowledge requests within a few business days. During peak periods — start of the academic year, General Assembly season, major campaigns — delays may occur. Urgent matters related to member safety should be directed to local emergency services first, then to your chapter coordinator.
6. Escalation
If your request is not resolved at chapter level, you may escalate to the National Executive Committee via the Secretariat. Serious disciplinary matters follow statutory procedures, including the right to be heard before exclusion measures (Art. 13).
